Whilst focusing on their patients and services, they had outgrown their administration area and approached us to design a new layout.
To design a modern reception area to welcome their patients and visitors, while accommodating the needs of their multi-functioning team.
The clinic provides a fast and efficient enquiry and appointment booking service, so we focused on a solution to provide a comfortable environment in which the receptionist team could work effectively.
The team also provide administrative support to all of the various therapists and therefore they need an extremely organised solution where there is a specific place for everything with easy access.
The bespoke L-shaped furniture provides a slick and stylish reception counter with a full depth front and personal storage.
We included a desk riser top section to ensure privacy for the patients’ information which doubles up as tidy in-trays.
The workstation is situated off to the left, where a team member can flow between the two areas comfortably. The furniture is configured to fit around the existing power sockets and IT points so there was no need for costly relocation of these services.
Secure filing and easy retrieval of documents was an important factor, so our design included a bank of premium lockable filing cabinets, with room for future growth.
There is a separate lap-top station for the therapists to use as and when required, providing a fit-for-purpose solution that allows the team to work cohesively.
